AlgoMatrix is owned and operated by Prabir Sarkar. This website (algomatrix.trade) serves as an information hub for our MetaTrader 5 trading tools sold through the official MQL5 Marketplace.
What Data We Collect
This website is intentionally lightweight. Here's exactly what we collect:
- Contact form submissions: Your name, email, and message when you reach out through our support page. Used only to respond to your inquiry.

What We Don't Collect
- We do not collect payment information. All purchases are handled by MetaQuotes through the MQL5 Marketplace.

- Our MT5 indicators do not send data to external servers. All processing happens locally on your MetaTrader 5 terminal.
How We Use Your Information
Contact form data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your support requests
- Answer pre-purchase questions
- Address bug reports and feature requests
We do not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or promotional campaigns unless you explicitly request to be notified about new products.
Third-Party Services
