Plain English Version
Before the legal language — here's the simple version: I sell trading indicators and tools on MQL5 Marketplace. You buy them, you use them on your MetaTrader 5 terminal. All purchases are processed by MetaQuotes, not by me directly. My tools help you analyze markets, but they don't guarantee profits. Trading involves risk, and no indicator can eliminate that.
Products and Licensing
All AlgoMatrix products are sold exclusively through the official MQL5 Marketplace (mql5.com). When you purchase a product:
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product on your MetaTrader 5 terminal.
- Licenses are managed by MetaQuotes through their activation system.
- You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse-engineer any product.
- Purchase includes free lifetime updates for the version you bought.

This is important, so I'm not going to hide it in small text:
Trading forex, gold, and other financial instruments carries significant risk. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. AlgoMatrix products are analytical tools — they help you analyze markets and identify potential setups. They do not provide financial advice, and they do not guarantee profits.
Past performance shown in screenshots, backtests, or promotional materials does not guarantee future results. Market conditions change constantly. What worked yesterday may not work tomorrow.
You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. If you're not sure whether trading is right for you, consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trading decisions.

Product Accuracy
I work hard to make sure every indicator functions correctly and as described. However:
- Software may contain bugs. I fix them as quickly as I can when they're reported.

- Screenshots show typical usage but results will differ based on market conditions and settings.
Refunds
Refund policies are governed by the MQL5 Marketplace terms. If you're unhappy with a product, message me first — I'll do my best to resolve the issue, whether it's a configuration problem, a feature misunderstanding, or a genuine bug.
